Women Who Mastermind was born out of a vision to create a space that truly supports and empowers high-achieving women in business. The idea originated with Jessica Peterson, who, after attending several networking events, felt there was a hole that needed to be fixed for 6- and 7-figure entrepreneurs. Jessica realized that there was a need for something more impactful, more meaningful—a space where dynamic women could come together to address the tough topics, share their expertise, and build authentic connections.
Determined to turn her vision into reality, Jessica connected with two women she highly regarded, Jenny Alday Townsend and Genesis Hey Krick. They are like-minded entrepreneurs and leaders who shared her passion for fostering collaboration and growth. Within just 48 hours Women Who Mastermind was formed and off running full speed.

Jenny Alday Townsend is a keynote speaker, podcaster, Amazon best-selling author, and accomplished businesswoman dedicated to inspiring individuals to achieve balance in both their professional and personal lives. As the founder and owner of Music Compound, an award-winning music academy, she has been recognized for her entrepreneurial excellence, earning titles such as Entrepreneur of the Year and Best Woman-Owned Business. Having triumphed over personal and professional challenges, Jenny penned her book Stroke It to support others in navigating their own journeys. Now happily married, she enjoys traveling, eating great food, and spending quality time with loved ones.
Genesis Hey Krick
Genesis Hey Krick, M.A., CLC, is an Executive Business Coach, High-Performance Strategist, and transformational leader passionate about empowering high-profile women to excel in business while maintaining balance in life. As the founder and CEO of Dream Ignite Build, she provides coaching, community, and connection to ambitious entrepreneurs ready to scale and pursue greater success. A best-selling author and sought-after media expert, Genesis has been featured on ABC7, Atlanta57, and Fox13, sharing her business and personal growth insights. When she’s not coaching or speaking on global stages, she’s writing her next book, embarking on adventures, or enjoying cappuccinos and cake pops with her four children.
