To become a Regional Director, you should:
• Be an established business owner generating at least $100K annually
• Have a strong network in your local market or a desire to build one
• Be passionate about supporting and connecting other women
• Be willing to recruit and build your mastermind group (support provided)
• Commit to hosting two mastermind meetings per month — one in person and one online
• Be available to participate in periodic leadership calls/trainings
• Maintain high standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality within your group

How do I become a Regional Director?
You can apply online. After reviewing your application, we’ll schedule an interview to ensure the role is a great fit for you and your market.
Do I need prior leadership or mastermind experience?
While prior leadership or mastermind experience is helpful, it is not required. We provide training, resources, and ongoing support to help you succeed in this role.
How many members do I need to start my local group?
You are required to have a minimum of 4 committed members in order to launch your 6-Figure Local Mastermind group. Groups are capped at 12 members, with only one business professional per industry represented.
If there is sufficient interest in your market, you may also be approved to lead an All Income group in addition to your 6-Figure group. We provide guidance, training, and resources to help you recruit and grow your mastermind.
Do Regional Directors receive training and support?
Yes. As a Regional Director, you will participate in monthly national training meetings with fellow Directors and have access to exclusive leadership resources to help you grow and lead successfully.
Can I lead both a 6-Figure and an All Income group in my region?
Yes, depending on demand and your qualifications, you may be approved to lead both group types in your market.
What is the time commitment to be a Regional Director?
Regional Directors are expected to host two mastermind meetings per month (one in person, one virtual), participate in monthly national training meetings, and invest time in building and nurturing their local group.
What markets are open for Regional Directors?
Women Who Mastermind is expanding nationwide. If your region is not currently listed, we encourage you to apply — we are always looking to bring new leadership to new markets.
